The most expensive house in Israel has dropped

The oligarch Valery Kogan's castle in Caesarea was offered for sale for NIS 845 million, and now the price has "dropped" to only NIS 650 million.

7,000 square meters inside, 11 dunams around, five bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, five of which also include a shower. If your heart longs for this treasure in Caesarea, know that it has been "standing on the shelf" for two whole years.

As can be described, the castle includes everything good: a private spa with gyms and a sauna, gardens, two Roman statues, an outdoor pool, and a huge television that is placed outside.
