Rivlin Lands in Washington Ahead of Meeting with Biden

The outgoing Israeli President Reuven Rivlin landed in Washington Monday ahead of his meeting later today at 4 PM (EST) with U.S. President Joe Biden. Rivlin will conclude 7 years in the ceremonial office.
