In practice, the establishment of a Palestinian state under the conditions presented by Lapid will make it very difficult for Israel to act against terrorism once it is renewed from the territories of the Palestinian state
Even Lapid knows that once a Palestinian state is established, it will be almost impossible to fight terror attacks. These terror attacks will surely follow because of the Palestinian narrative:
- Palestinians have a vested right over the entire territory
- There is no Jewish people
- Jews have no history in the Land of Israel/Palestine
- Israel was established by colonialism and imperialism by Europeans who wanted to get rid of the presence of the unbearable Jews in their lands and use them as a bridgehead in the fight against Islam.
