Teenage ISIS terrorist arrested in France over terror plots targeting local schools as well as Israeli, US, and UK embassies
A teenager with ties to the Islamic State in Syria (ISIS) terror organization has been arrested in France over plots to attack the Israeli and American embassies in Paris, along with a number of other potential targets.
On Friday, French authorities took a 17-year-old resident of the Sarthe region into custody after the suspect fled his parents’ home, leading to a pursuit which left him injured.
Sources with direct knowledge of the case told AFP on Saturday that the suspect swore allegiance to ISIS and was arrested after investigators learned of his plans to attack multiple targets in France.
