A former British patrol fighter who took part in the fight against Somali terrorists who took over a luxury hotel in Kenya two years ago decided to expose his face in a photo from the event after strangers boasted that they were the hero fighter.
Chris Craighead, nicknamed the fighter who previously served in the SAS elite unit, was in Kenya to train local soldiers when al-Shabab terrorists took over the luxury Dossit D-2 hotel in Nairobi and captured hundreds of hostages in January 2019. Craighead joined the special forces and helped rescue hostages and fight terrorists. 21 people were killed in the attack.
Although photos have already been published of Craighead, who also won a medal for his heroism, he is constantly seen in them with his face covered. But now he has uploaded to his Instagram account a photo in which he is seen for the first time with a visible face during the activity at the scene of the attack.
