Against the backdrop of the highly publicized confrontation between Otzma Yehudit and the coalition, a News 14 poll published this evening (Thursday) and conducted for the main edition, reveals Ben Gvir gaining two seats, and Likud and Religious Zionism losing one seat each, with Smotrich approaching the threshold for a landslide.
There are also fluctuations in the opposition bloc: Yisrael Beiteinu, which weakened significantly in the previous poll, recovers and gains one seat at the expense of Gantz, who loses one seat.
Among the Arab parties, Ra'am is strengthening by one mandate at the expense of Hadash Ta'al and opening a significant gap of two mandates from it.
On the question of suitability for the prime minister, the prime minister is showing signs of weakening after the surge in the previous survey. Against Gantz, Netanyahu with 50% compared to 52% in the previous survey, Gantz is gaining a percentage point to 22%, 28% responded that neither of them is suitable for the position.
Against Lapid, Netanyahu with 50% compared to 53% in the previous survey, Lapid is gaining three percentage points to 25%, 25% responded that neither of them is suitable for the position.
It can be seen that Lapid gets more than Gantz gets in a direct confrontation with Netanyahu, but still both lag far behind Netanyahu.
