The ocean is the lifeblood of the planet, but because of climate change and pollution, the world’s oceans are being threatened.

Israeli startups are finding solutions to clean up the oceans, repopulate aquatic life, and stimulate the ocean’s ability to create more oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide.

Many people don’t realize that the oceans create 50% of the world’s oxygen. Gigablue, based in Caesarea and founded in 2022, has developed technology through AI that allows the oceans to capture and remove more carbon.
