Seven Jews were arrested on suspicion of attacking a resident of the Arab town Taibeh, in his 60s, spraying his face with pepper spray and stabbing him near the Sydney Ali Mosque. 

At the same time, six Arab residents of Lakia, members of one family, are suspected of trying to harm Jewish drivers during the operation. In an incident that took place on Road 6, they threw stones at passing vehicles and set fire to tires at an intersection near the settlement.
