The US Supreme Court is considering a revolution in the status of Internet giants

Following the petition of the Israeli organization Shurat Hadin: the US Supreme Court will for the first time discuss the responsibility of the Internet giants for spreading terrorist content. Technology companies: "We are no longer a bulletin board"

The US Supreme Court announced last week that it intends to hear an appeal filed, among others, on behalf of the Israeli organization Shurat Hadin. The appeal claims that technology companies can no longer disclaim responsibility for terrorist content online.

The issue has been going on between different courts for seven years. Now the conservative composition of the Supreme Court has decided to discuss the issue.

The very decision shows that the judges intend to make a principled decision on the issue.

Sorry La Jun they’re going nowhere until a Republican President is elected. No one wants more liberals on the Supreme Court.
