In a disturbing escalation of online incitement amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas war, a Palestinian Telegram channel has shared a graphic video tutorial instructing viewers on how to carry out stabbing attacks against Israeli civilians in public places like restaurants and cafes.

The video, approximately 48 seconds long, features a man speaking in Arabic while demonstrating techniques for surprise attacks. 

He emphasizes selecting crowded targets, using knives to stab multiple victims efficiently, and evading capture.
