Taibeh police arrested a 19-year-old man from Tulkarem with a knife and a letter detailing his intentions to carry out an attack. 

Following information about a man walking around suspiciously in the area of Tzur Yitzhak and a stone in his hand, the police arrived and made the arrest. 

The suspect was taken in for questioning.
