VIDEO REPORT: Who blew up the Kakhovka Dam?

It is “highly likely” Russian forces “deliberately destroyed” the Kakhovka dam in southern Ukraine, experts say.

An international team of investigators who assisted Ukraine's prosecutors in their investigation pointed to Russia in their preliminary findings. According to experts the dam was blown up by the Russian side "is an 80% and above determination".
