President Trump issued a stark warning during a Fox News interview, stating that if Iran does not reach an agreement quickly, the US will escalate dramatically — including targeting infrastructure and potentially taking control of Iranian oil assets.
He pointed to ongoing strikes, noting that bridges and power stations across Iran are already being hit.
At the same time, Trump expressed optimism that a deal could be reached as soon as “tomorrow,” signaling a fast-moving diplomatic track alongside the military pressure.
He also revealed that the US attempted to arm Iranian protesters by sending weapons through Kurdish channels, though he suggested those weapons may not have reached their intended recipients.
