Two-thirds of US Jews to vote for Kamala Harris – poll

More than two-thirds of American Jews back Vice President Kamala Harris, new poll shows, with one-quarter saying they plan to vote for former President Donald Trump.

A new poll shows that more than two-thirds of American Jewish adults plan to vote for Vice President Kamala Harris in this November’s presidential election, compared to just 25% who say they will vote for former President Donald Trump.

The poll, commissioned by the Jewish Democratic Council of America, was conducted by GBAO from August 27th through September 1st, surveying 800 respondents who were directed to the internet-based poll via text messages.

If the election were held today, the poll found, 68% of American Jews would vote for Harris, compared to 25% who said they would vote for Trump.

We always need to be skeptical about polls. I had heard that this was a poll of Jewish Democrats, not all Jews. So not sure about the accuracy of this reporting.

Don’t trust this poll. The Jewish Democratic Council should tell you something. 800 people is not a large enough sample for an accurate poll. Then the ones chosen are usually more left leaning. Trust?
