Israel allows Haniyeh’s relatives to leave Gaza following Turkish request

According to reports from Turkey, Israel has permitted 16 relatives of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, who was killed by Israel last year, to leave Gaza.

They reportedly departed along with Turkish citizens and several other Gazans.

The move is being described as a goodwill gesture by Israel toward Ankara, amid ongoing efforts to improve diplomatic ties between the two countries.
