Local sources reported that Russian military helicopters flew over the administrative border between Daraa and Quneitra provinces in southern Syria.
The local Deraa 24 network said on Tuesday that the Russian helicopters landed at one of the military points near the town of Nasiriyah and then set off towards one of the military outposts in the village of al-Mualka.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the Russian military police had built two additional sites on the Golan Heights on the Syrian side.
The Russian Reconciliation Center stated: Due to the increasing provocations in the demilitarized zone located along Israel's Golan Heights, two additional Russian military police sites were deployed to monitor the ceasefire decision.
It is worth noting that there are four Russian military points on the administrative border between Daraa and Kunitra governorates.
The Syrian border with Israel has witnessed increasing escalation since the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7, when the IDF attacked military positions and sites belonging to Hezbollah and the Iranian militias in the area.
