Following Israel's targeted killings of over 30 Iranian nuclear scientists, Iran has relocated its remaining experts to secure safe houses in Tehran and northern coastal cities, providing round-the-clock protection, The UK Telegraph reports.
Israel, which labels these scientists “dead men walking,” reportedly maintains a list of around 100 targets critical to Iran’s nuclear program.
The assassinations, part of Israel’s Operation Rising Lion in June 2025, aimed to disrupt Iran’s nuclear ambitions, with strikes also hitting key facilities like Natanz and Fordo.
Iran denies pursuing nuclear weapons, claiming its program is for peaceful purposes, while Israel insists the regime poses an existential threat.
