In this video for "This is Beirut" - a Lebanese news site, made across Haifa, Bethlehem, and Nazareth, Christians describe unrestricted worship, extend invitations to Lebanese visitors, and voice hopes for lasting peace between the two countries.
In a newly released video message, Christian voices from Israel invited Lebanese Christians to visit holy sites throughout Israel, including Jerusalem and Nazareth, while emphasizing shared religious heritage and a common desire for peace and stability in the region.
The speakers stressed that ordinary people on both sides of the border have far more in common than the conflicts imposed on them by political and military forces over the years.
The message comes amid growing debate inside Lebanon over the country’s future, Hezbollah’s dominance, and whether Lebanon should continue remaining tied to Iran’s regional agenda.
