Wide majority of Americans back Trump’s Gaza peace deal

President Donald Trump’s peace deal ending the war in Gaza and returning the hostages gets strong marks from Republicans, and even earns the support of nearly half of Democrats.

A majority of Americans back President Donald Trump’s 20-point peace plan for the Gaza Strip, a new poll shows, which is aimed at permanently ending the war in the Gaza Strip.

On Tuesday, a new poll conducted by YouGov and the Economist was published, based on a survey of 1,622 US adults from October 10th to the 13th, with a margin of error of 3.5 points.

The poll found just 7% of Americans oppose the president’s Gaza peace deal, compared to 53% who support it, with 40% who said they were unsure.
