EU gave €1.8 billion to the Palestinians to promote "gender equality"

Since 2007, the EU has contributed more than €1.8 billion to the Palestinians to promote "gender equality".

More EU funds have been contributed to achieving this goal than any other. But despite the significant support, the Palestinian Authority refrained from adopting the legislative measures to realize this goal.

Lt. Col. (res.) Attorney Maurice Hirsch, JCFA researcher explains:

"While the Palestinian Authority is ready to accept the significant contributions of the European Union, Palestinian society, deeply rooted in Islamic Sharia law, rejects gender equality.
