There is no permanent peace in the Middle East to people who are not Muslims. It is against the core thinking of Islam because Islam, according to its idea, main idea is to spread itself all over the world. All the people in the world should convert to Islam. 

So living alongside with an entity which is not Muslim forever, it is only based, can be only based on the fact that Muslims cannot defeat that entity."
