Thanks to @JudiciaryGOP, we now have proof that the European Union actively censored legal content that contradicted its agenda, and even interfered in at least eight elections across Europe.
This included the Dutch elections in 2023 and 2025 — by holding meetings with social media platforms and pressuring them to censor political discourse in the days leading up to the vote.
Ahead of the 2023 Dutch elections, the European Commission even turned the Dutch Ministry of the Interior at the time, led by Hugo de Jonge, into a so-called “trusted flagger,” granting it high-priority authority to submit censorship requests under the EU’s Digital Services Act (DSA).
