Nickolay Mladenov (head of Trump's Gaza peace council) presented a new roadmap that includes Israeli conditions that the Palestinian terrorist organizations saw as obstacles to the amendments they had previously proposed to the draft agreement:
- Adoption of the peace plan and the Security Council resolution as the basis for the implementation of the agreement.
- Linking the transition between the stages of the agreement to the implementation of previous commitments and their international verification.
- Transferring the management of the civilian and security sectors to the National Committee and granting it full powers.
