Nationalists and members of what the Leftist media calls the "extreme right" factions are expected to win many votes in the upcoming elections for the European Parliament, according to polls by "Politico".
This change reflects growing public opposition in many European countries to the establishment of the European Union - opposition to immigration policy - in light of the migrant crisis sweeping Europe, farmers' protests and more.
The Belgian writer, David Engels, says that he sees among the citizens a growing desire for changes within the European Union.
"They are against the reality of what the European Union has become," says Engels in an interview with NTD.
The elections for the European Union Parliament will be held between June 6 and 9.
