Ramallah and El-Bireh District Governor Laila Ghannam: “Massacres are being carried out [by Israel] against this defenseless [Palestinian] people. Some of those who claim to be supporters of democracy, human rights, and freedom oppose having the victim (i.e., Palestinians) defend himself, support the executioner (i.e., Israel), and encourage him to kill the victim.”
